I hit a deer in the middle of a road trip, and found this dealership nearby. I recently bought a new Kia Sportage Hybrid. Although the service department was closed on Saturdays, Jesse from the office, was incredibly helpful. The deer took out the whole front corner of my car. I was concerned about the gaping hole and driving all the way back to Colorado like that. From Yukon Oklahoma, I found the car I wanted and contacted Hyundai of Dodge city right away. Anthony was amazing Throughout the entire transaction. He was very prompt with responses to my text messages, and by the end of the week we were driving up to Dodge city to pick up our new car! It was a seamless transaction and we love our new 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe!

Crisis 2 weeks ago when the Sonata unexpectedly broke down, just quit on my son in the middle of nowhere. We decided to take it to Hyundai in Dodge. Tony was quick to get us scheduled and knowledgeable about warranties and open recalls. He was able to reassure us and helped relieve some stress.

I meant to write this a while ago, but life circumstances. Back in March I was traveling back from Utah to home in Illinois with our young kids. Our 2022 Hyundai Tucson broke down (the fuel injector has gone out twice now). The corporation of Hyundai would not help us. We were stranded in Hays Kansas. Our car was towed here. Had a great experience. Franklin was a very helpful and informative salesman. I have had good experiences with the service department on my Sonata. So far I like my Azera. My Sonata made great gas mileage. I realize the Azera will not do as well because it is a bigger car. It has most of the options on it I wanted. I haven't been on a long trip yet but so far everything is great.
I discussed the possibility of purchasing a new vehicle with two of my friends at G&G Motors and they were very helpful without being pushy. They were willing to look for the vehicle which I desired and made the trip to retrieve the one that matched my specs.
