Turns out, their online information about the pricing, incentives and financing was incorrect, and they weren’t prepared to honor it or take responsibility. (Explains why no other dealer we saw online had the same offers.) We went ahead bought the vehicle anyway and mitigated the situation by planning to refinance through our credit union, which we did. However, when we walked around the vehicle doing a final inspection, saw several scratches they said they would buff out. We went to dinner to give them time, but they were unsuccessful. They brought the car out to the restaurant and said for us to get a body shop in Wichita to take care of it and they would pay for it. We never heard from them again. No survey or follow up. And based on the lack of both commitment keeping and communication, we had zero faith that they would do as they said regarding paying for the body shop so we took care of it. Disappointing experience.

I hit a deer in the middle of a road trip, and found this dealership nearby. I recently bought a new Kia Sportage Hybrid. Although the service department was closed on Saturdays, Jesse from the office, was incredibly helpful. The deer took out the whole front corner of my car. I was concerned about the gaping hole and driving all the way back to Colorado like that. So Jesse got to work and diligently taped the hole closed and hoisted the front bumper up onto the car for safe transport. He covered up the hole to protect my engine from moisture and bugs. I made it home and my car is now being repaired at a local shop. Impeccable job, by the way, the car looked exactly the same after driving hundreds of miles like that!! I had to take a moment and honor the incredibly helpful and professional staff for helping me. I did not buy my Kia at this dealership, nor did they perform any work for me.... yet, they treated me like a valuable customer. I am thoroughly impressed and grateful for Jesse's assistance in a high stress and traumatic situation. Thank you so much!! By the way, if anyone is considering purchasing a Kia, these cars handle like a DREAM. I slammed on my brakes and swerved to avoid the deer, although it still clipped the corner of my vehicle, it could've been MUCH worse. It never spun out or lost traction, I had full control (some vehicles get squirrely when you make quick maneuvers like this), the reaction time of the car was so impressive. If I was in another vehicle, who knows how bad it could've been. Thankful to Kia for making such a quality and affordable vehicle!!

Crisis 2 weeks ago when the Sonata unexpectedly broke down, just quit on my son in the middle of nowhere. We decided to take it to Hyundai in Dodge. Tony was quick to get us scheduled and knowledgeable about warranties and open recalls. He was able to reassure us and helped relieve some stress. Only complaint is I asked Keegan if they could have all the paperwork set up so it was an in and out process, she said she would have it done and when I got there I don’t feel like it was. Waited 15 or so minutes for the finance guy, guessing he was printing the paperwork I asked to already be done. Other than that Cesar was knowledgeable on questions I had about the car. Outstanding customer service. Update: Cars great. We love it. But the dealership didn’t fill out the banker check properly and it got kicked back, now they want me to do all this stuff to get a new one. Even after having a detailed paper from the bank explaining what to put and where, even had examples.

They said it would take an hour but it took 2. Settings on my car were changed but the service interval wasn't reset. Overall not a pleasant experience

Don't waste your time getting anything serviced there. I don't think they are qualified to work on any vehicle. They damaged my vehicle when it was being worked on there and didn't tell me. I took it to another dealer afterwards because I still had problems and they showed me the damage they did to my transmission pan. They are not trustworthy at all and they really don't care. My pickup was there for almost 4 months. I am a farmer and they gave me a loaner car when I requested a pickup. They had used pickups on the lot but they didn't give me a pickup. I farmed out of their car for almost 4 months. The tires were wore out on the car and I had to put a new tire on it after I had a flat. I did not get reimbursed for the tire. After my pickup was there for almost a month I called and spoke to the owner, Mr. Wentling and expressed my concern. He got mad and hung up on me. They never called but once in the four months to update me. I had to call them and rarely did they answer the phone after putting me on hold. I spoke with General Motors several times and they would call and not get response either. General Motors wants me to file a complaint. They didn't fix my pickup properly and I have had problems with it since I got it back. Now I am paying another dealer to fix it. I will not let G & G work on my pickup again. I made a mistake buying the truck from them. I won't be back.

Serviced my sister's car and gave her a loaner car that, after only 25 miles, overheated, quit running, and left her and my nieces stranded on the side of the road for over 2.5 hours. Truly craptastic! Don't trust these guys.
